The Deluxe Single room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. I am glad I paid a little bit extra to upgrade the regular single room. The bath was so big I could actually stretch out my legs, which is not common in Japanese hotels. I slept comfortably in the large bed with soft duvet and sheets. There were 2 pillows provided so you can pick the one that suits you better. Pajamas were also really nice- a set of shirt and trousers instead of the usual gown. There is a fabric and air freshener in the room, which is useful if you do not want to do laundry so much. The desk by the wall was so long I had space for all my things and still had some extra for eating. There is a separate WiFi spot for each room and the speed was good. The check-in staff were ultra nice. I could borrow an umbrella on the rainy day, and store my bag before check-in and after check-out. If you do not request cleaning of your room (only amenities replacement), you get a free bottle of water. Every floor seems to have a flower/color theme, so the style of your room will depend on the floor your room is on. I requested a quiet room, so they gave me a corner room on the top floor (13th) with wisteria theme (purple/green room). Part of the Chubu Electric Tower was visible from the window. There is an Ichiran Ramen shop right next to the hotel (not Nagoya but Fukuoka cuisine though). A lively restaurant and izakaya street is located 50 m away. Several restaurants of the famous Yabaton chain serving Nagoyan miso katsu are located nearby, but they were all so busy when I was visiting on weekend (everything was) that I could only get takeout. You can do a lot of shopping here- the area is filled with department stores. The metro stations are not that close- you will have to walk 10 minutes or more through some busy spots to get to Yabacho or Sakai Stations. Some bus stops are 5 min away. Nagoya Station is around 25-30 min away from the hotel including walking and metro ride.

i liked the location was in center, but was fine. we were on the 13rth floor and we did not hear noises only from the construction building next door. I did not like the room at all (next question) breakfast was very nice. and since we stayed 17 nights we complained about having same japanese collection and we were offered and varity of diffrent things for breakfast. We appreciate.

The location was excellent. It was a bit hard to find, mainly because Google Maps sent me to the wrong place initially. But overall, it was very good and in a great location, close to lots of vintage shops and many eateries.

Michael

The room is very clean and the hotel is near a lot of restaurants that are open until late at night. There are also nearby shopping malls and bus stop, overall the location is very accessible for exploring the city.

Jessa

Great location, amenities. Very clean and nice staff. They were patient with communicating as my Japanese is not great they tried in English. It is in a area with great links and night life.
